Operations managers
Your ops KPIs, connected to the numbers behind them.
Orders, fulfilment, on-time rate and returns on one canvas, each one reading from the step before it.
The meeting you know too well
Weekly ops review. On-time delivery dropped from 96% to 94%. Somebody from the warehouse says it was the carrier. Somebody from customer service says it was the new packing process.
Both could be right. The dashboard shows the 94% but not the 2,950 fulfilled orders underneath it, or which region the late ones went to. Nobody can check in the room.
The meeting ends with two action items that contradict each other, and a request for a deeper look that lands on your desk.
What operations managers build in FlowProofs
01
The order chain, end to end
Orders, fulfilled, on-time and returns as four connected shapes. Each one is a formula on the one before, so a drop at any step shows where it started.
02
Filter by site, carrier or region
Click on-time rate and filter it by carrier. Or filter the whole canvas to one warehouse and watch every number recalculate together.
03
Thresholds that flag themselves
Set an alert on returns above 3% or on-time below 95%. The number is flagged on the canvas the moment the data crosses the line.

Questions
Which systems can I pull ops data from?
CSV and Excel uploads, Google Sheets, and PostgreSQL connect directly. Most warehouse and order systems can export to one of those. If yours writes to a Postgres database, you can connect it read-only.
How large can the data be?
A single upload can be up to 100MB, within your plan's storage (50MB on Free, 1GB on Pro), and tables of a few million rows work. If you need dozens of related tables and incremental refresh, a BI tool with a proper data model is a better fit.
Can I see which orders are behind a number?
Yes. Every data-backed number keeps its source table, and you can open the rows that make it up, filtered the same way the number is.
Does it update automatically?
Connected sources refresh on demand or on a schedule. Uploaded files update when you upload a new version. Either way, every number on the canvas follows.
