Founders and CEOs
The board deck that updates itself.
MRR, churn, burn and runway on one canvas, connected to Stripe or a spreadsheet, shared as a link.
The meeting you know too well
It is the night before the board meeting. You are copying MRR out of Stripe into a spreadsheet, then out of the spreadsheet into a slide, then fixing the chart because the axis broke.
In the meeting, a board member asks why net new MRR was lower than last month when new sales were up. The answer is churn, and expansion was flat. That breakdown is not on the slide.
You answer from memory. It is roughly right. Roughly right is not what you want on record in front of your investors.
What founders and CEOs build in FlowProofs
01
An MRR bridge
Starting MRR, new, expansion, churn and ending MRR, as a bridge. Connect Stripe and it rebuilds every month without a spreadsheet in between.
02
Runway with its inputs showing
Runway as cash divided by net burn, with both inputs on the canvas. When someone asks what happens if burn goes up $20K, change the number and show them.
03
A board link instead of a deck
Present the canvas in the meeting, then send the same read-only link afterwards. Add an expiry date so it stops working after the next round of updates.

Questions
Does it connect to Stripe?
Yes. Add a restricted Stripe API key and FlowProofs syncs your subscriptions, charges and customers into tables you can build on. The key is encrypted and never sent back to the browser.
Can I calculate MRR the way my investors define it?
Yes. MRR is a formula you write, so you decide how annual plans, discounts and paused subscriptions count. The definition sits on the canvas where anyone can read it.
Do board members need an account?
No. They open a read-only link in the browser. No account, no seat, no cost to them.
What does it cost?
The free plan covers 5 canvases and 3 data files. Pro is $14 a month at the early access rate, and billing is not switched on yet.
