Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what is and is not allowed on FlowProofs. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
- Content that is illegal in any jurisdiction where it is accessible
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Malware, viruses or malicious code
- Content promoting violence, discrimination, harassment or hatred
- Deliberately misleading financial reports or fraudulent models
- Content that breaches export control laws
2. Prohibited actions
- Attempting to reach another user’s account or data
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the service. Report them to security@flowproofs.com instead. We will not pursue good-faith research that follows this policy and gives us reasonable time to fix the issue.
- Circumventing rate limits, usage limits or security controls
- Scraping, crawling or data-mining the service with automated tools
- Interfering with the service’s availability or performance
- Sharing accounts to avoid plan limits
- Using the service to build a directly competing product
- Uploading datasets containing third parties’ personal data without a lawful basis
- Using AI features to generate deliberately misleading content
3. AI-specific rules
- Do not remove the AI badge from AI-generated content
- Do not present AI output to third parties as verified fact without verifying it
- Do not use AI features to generate content that would be harmful if acted on without checking
4. Reporting violations
Report anything that breaches this policy to abuse@flowproofs.com. We will investigate and act.
5. Consequences
A breach may lead to:
- A warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent closure of the account
- Referral to the relevant authorities, where the activity is illegal
We will give notice and a chance to put things right where that is practicable, except where the breach is severe or unlawful.
