Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

Do not upload, connect, create or share:

• anything illegal where it is uploaded or viewed
• material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights (see copyright complaints)
• malware, viruses or other malicious code
• content promoting violence, discrimination, harassment or hatred, or sexual content involving minors
• other people’s personal data without a lawful basis, or special category data (health, biometrics and the like) or children’s data
• deliberately misleading financial reports, fraudulent models, or content designed to deceive investors, lenders or regulators
• content that breaches export control or sanctions laws

2. Prohibited actions

• trying to reach another user’s account or data
• exploiting vulnerabilities in the service. Report them to security@flowproofs.com instead. We will not pursue good-faith research that follows this policy and gives us reasonable time to fix the issue
• circumventing rate limits, usage limits or security controls
• scraping, crawling or data-mining the service with automated tools, or sending automated traffic that overloads it
• interfering with the service’s availability or performance
• reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the service, except where the law allows it despite this policy
• sharing accounts to avoid plan limits, or reselling the service without our written permission
• using the service, or its output, to build a directly competing product

3. Fair use

Where a plan says “unlimited”, it means there is no fixed number for normal use by one person or team. Use that is far beyond normal (for example automated bulk uploads, or a single account serving a whole public website) may be slowed or limited. We will contact you before limiting an account, unless it is harming the service.

4. Using the AI features

FlowProofs’ AI features run on Anthropic’s models, so their usage policy applies too. Do not use them:

• to produce content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing or harmful, or that would cause harm if acted on without checking
• to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example hiring, firing, credit or insurance decisions) without a person reviewing them
• to impersonate a person, or to present AI text as written by a person when that matters
• to try to extract the model’s instructions, get around its safeguards, or attack the AI provider
• to generate training data for, or otherwise help build, a competing AI model

And when you share AI output:

• keep the AI-generated label (or say clearly that the text was written by AI)
• do not present it to others as verified fact unless you have checked it

5. Reporting violations

Report anything that breaches this policy to abuse@flowproofs.com. Copyright complaints go to copyright@flowproofs.com. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act on them within 15 days, sooner for anything urgent.

6. Consequences

A breach may lead to:

• removal or disabling of the content
• a warning
• temporary suspension
• permanent closure of the account (always, for repeat copyright infringement)
• referral to the relevant authorities, where the activity is illegal

We will give notice and a chance to put things right where that is practicable, except where the breach is severe or unlawful.
