Consultants and agencies
Client reports your clients can actually question.
A live KPI tree for each client, shared as a link, showing what you choose and nothing else.
The meeting you know too well
Quarterly review with a client. Leads are up 12%, revenue is flat, and the client wants to know why the extra leads did not turn into money.
The answer is close rate, which fell from 4.6% to 4.1%. It is in your analysis. It is not in the PDF you sent last week, because the PDF was built around the leads number.
So the review turns into a promise to send another PDF. The client starts to wonder what else the report is not showing them.
What consultants and agencies build in FlowProofs
01
One KPI tree per client
Leads, close rate and deal size feeding revenue, built once as a template. Duplicate it for the next client and swap the data source.
02
A client view with your choice of numbers
Hide blocks and protect numbers you are not ready to share. Hidden values are removed on the server before the page is sent, so they are not sitting in the page source.
03
Questions in the margin
Clients can comment on a specific number. You answer in the same place, next to the figure the question was about.

Questions
Can I control what each client sees?
Yes. The client view lets you hide whole blocks or protect individual numbers. Hidden content is stripped on the server, so it never reaches the client's browser.
Can I password-protect a client link?
Yes. Client links and share links both take an optional password and an expiry date. Changing the password locks out anyone who had the old one.
Do my clients need FlowProofs accounts?
No. They open a link in the browser. You pay for your own plan; viewers never pay.
Can I white-label it?
Not today. Shared canvases show a small FlowProofs mark. If white-labelling matters to your agency, email us and tell us what you need.
