Can I try Pro features for free?
Yes. FlowProofs is in early access, and every feature is open on every account. There is no trial clock and no card to enter.
How does billing work?
Billing is not switched on yet. When it is, Pro will be billed monthly at the early access rate, and existing accounts will be told before anything changes. Ask a billing question.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Once paid plans start, you can cancel whenever you like, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing you have built is deleted. Your canvases and data stay where they are, and you can export any canvas as a file at any time.
Do viewers need an account?
No. Anyone with a shared link can open the canvas in a browser, read-only. Viewers never need a seat or a login.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each account can only read its own rows, and your data is never used to train models. The details are on the security page. How FlowProofs protects your data.
